Altair Real Estate founded, first plotted community in Rajarhat launched.

2012

Swapnabhumi township master plan approved — 500+ acres, 1,200+ plots.

2016

24 East Avenue gated villas launched in Action Area III, New Town.

2019

Ujaan Nagar plotted community (~150 bighas) opens for booking.

2022

Ujaan Prakriti green apartment blocks added to the Ujaan Nagar master plan.

2024

All four Altair communities fully operational; over 800 families in residence.
